Community groups

Buckingham is well-served with well over a hundred community groups and organisations, catering for almost every need. Whatever your interest or concern, Buckingham is almost certain to have a group catering to you. Below are a small selection:

The Buckingham Decorative and Fine Arts Society (BDFAS) is a member of the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Society, NADFAS is a leading arts charity which opens up the world of the arts through a network of local Societies and national events.

BDFAS has nine illustrated lectures held between September and the following June each year, covering many topics.  We also organise visits to major exhibitions of events that complement our lectures.

The lectures are selected from the NADFAS Directory of Lectures and are of a very high standard.
